An experienced property professional, with over three decades of expertise in the industry, Renee Feeney is the Head of Sales and Leasing at Melrose Arch. Demonstrating her keen understanding of market dynamics and adaptability, Renee transitioned from the residential property market to commercial property in 2007, and since 2015 has been entrusted with overseeing the leasing operations of residential, commercial, and retail premises in the precinct. With her wealth of experience in negotiating at a senior executive level with global companies to fulfil their real estate needs, Renee is renowned for her successful partnerships and strong relationships with clients and tenants. Her passion for service delivery and excellence in every aspect of real estate management is an asset to Melrose Arch.
Kirsty Williams
Head of Legal & Leasing
With a strong background in both law and property management, Kirsty Williams is the Head of Legal & Leasing at Melrose Arch. After obtaining her LLB degree in 2016 and being admitted as an attorney in 2018, Kirsty began her career specialising in labour law, gaining valuable experience representing clients in the Labour Court and CCMA. She joined the AJP Group as a Legal Advisor, where she managed diverse legal matters and developed tailored agreements to meet business and industry needs. In 2022, Kirsty’s role expanded to include leasing, combining her legal expertise and strategic insight to drive operational excellence and client satisfaction.
Jacky Davis
Leasing executive at Melrose Arch
With a passion for property and people, stemming from her family’s involvement in the residential property development sector for over 30 years, Jacky Davis is the Leasing Executive at Melrose Arch. With 18 years of real estate experience herself, Jacky has sold over 150 sectional title properties and rented over 100 residential properties in her property tenure. Moving into the commercial real estate market in 2017 presented Jacky with a different challenge, and to date she has concluded commercial deals exceeding 30 000 square metres. Committed to building and maintaining successful client relationships, Jacky assists property practitioners and their clients to secure space within Melrose Arch swiftly and seamlessly.

Leasing administrator
As a seasoned professional with a wealth of experience across various fields, Wanita van Schalkwyk is the Leasing Administrator at Melrose Arch. Committed to building and fostering community connections across the dynamic landscape of the commercial property industry.
